	Heritage Rooms Charming and spacious private rooms (1 queen or 2 twin beds) located in the original wing of this Victorian home.  Queen Triple Room (queen+single) 3rd person add: $10-$20. Heritage Twin Room $30 per person/night (share lovely twin bedded room with just 1 other guest - enquire about availability).	$60 room/night*
	East Wing Rooms Located in the ground floor addition to the house, the East Wing Rooms are comfy and cosy, and offer an economical private room option.  Triple Room extra person rate: $10-$20.	$50 room/night*
	Dorms Beds are bunk style and come ready made with all linens, towels, blankets and quilts. Co-ed and ‘gals only’ dorm rooms can be reserved.	$25 per bed/night*

* Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars excluding applicable tax and valid throughout the year except during Peak Season periods when a small surchage applies.

Peak Season Rates: 1st Jul-15th Sep & 23rd Dec-2nd Jan:  Add $5/room/night & $2.50/dorm bed/night to above rates.

Group rooms

Dorm rooms can be booked on a private basis for small groups of 4-8 people from $25 per person/night. Larger groups and facility bookings available – contact us for details.
